Copy the right TikTok link

1. Start in your profile. In TikTok, tap Profile at the bottom, then Share profile. Use the sharing choices to copy your profile link. The choices can vary by phone and app version. If you cannot copy it there, open your public profile in a browser and copy its address.
2. Choose the destination. A profile address looks like https://www.tiktok.com/@yourusername. Use the profile for an ongoing introduction. For one particular clip, open that video and use its Share button to obtain its link instead. Do not copy a login screen.
3. Paste your own link. Choose Text or link and paste your complete address into Text or URL. Check the account name and the exact video, if you chose one.
4. Try it as a visitor. Open the pasted link while signed out, then scan the downloaded image on another phone. Check what that person can actually see before adding the code to your design.

A useful label for a product card

Suppose you sell handmade mugs and show the making process on TikTok. Put a profile code on the care card and label it “See how we make our mugs.” If the card explains one repair, use the repair video's link and label it accordingly. Print your account name beside the square so people know whose page they are opening.

TikTok's own QR code

TikTok already has a built-in profile code. From Profile, open Menu at the top and choose My QR code. That is a convenient option inside the app. This generator is useful when you want SVG artwork for a print layout, a code for a particular video, or to create your image without using the app.

Our image is an ordinary link QR. It does not approve a TikTok login, follow an account, or tell us how many people visited. A QR shown during a login process serves a different purpose. Do not put a login code on a public poster.

What can stop the link working?

The squares store the original address and have no expiry timer from us. Renaming the account's username changes its profile link; deleting the account or making it private can stop visitors reaching the content you intended to share. A display name is different from the username in the URL. After any change, check your old printed code.

TikTok controls viewing and access. Scanning does not make private content public. If a new address is needed, create a new image and replace old prints. Your entered link stays in your browser during generation; TikTok handles the visit when someone follows it.

Print and troubleshoot

Start at least 2 cm / 0.8 in wide. Use dark squares on a light background and keep the blank quiet margin clear of text or borders. SVG scales for print; PNG dimensions are pixels. Test one finished card before printing many, including after any coating or resizing.

If the square is not recognized, check sharpness, lighting, and size. If it scans but the page is unavailable, open the link directly and check the account's visibility and your internet connection. A clearer image cannot fix a deleted video.
