Get the right Snapchat profile link

1. Find your username. Open Snapchat and tap the Profile icon. Your profile shows your display name and username beside its own code. Use the username for the link, rather than the display name that friends see.
2. Use the documented address. Snapchat gives the format https://www.snapchat.com/add/yourusername. Replace yourusername with your exact username. Open that address in a browser, confirm the profile, and copy the address bar. If your app offers profile-link sharing, you can use its copied HTTPS link instead.
3. Paste the link here. Choose Text or link and paste your profile address into Text or URL. Do not paste a screenshot of your Snapcode or a link to account settings.
4. Try another visitor's view. Open the link while signed out and ask a friend to check it. Confirm the account, then test the downloaded code. A working preview alone does not tell you which content Snapchat will let other people see.

A flyer with a clear next step

For a club event, put “Find our club on Snapchat” beside the code and print the username underneath. That gives readers a way to check the destination and find it by hand. Share a club account only if its owner agrees. A profile code points to the account; it does not include a particular Story, Lens, or friend request.

What the squares contain

The code stores the link itself. We add no redirect through this generator, and we do not host your profile. Our code never expires. Its saved image can still be decoded if this site closes. Your entered link stays in your browser while the image is created and downloaded.

The destination still needs to work. Deleting an account, changing its username or URL, or restricting access can stop visitors reaching the intended profile or content. Changing a display name is different from changing the address. Check the old URL after any rename. A new address needs a new code and replacement prints.

Snapcodes, privacy, and login

Snapchat's own Snapcodes can support friend, Lens, filter, and website experiences. You can find your own code through the Profile icon, enlarge it, and share or save it. Use that option when you want Snapchat's built-in sharing flow. Use this generator for an ordinary profile-link QR, SVG print artwork, or creating an image without the app.

Neither kind of code makes private content public. Snapchat's permissions still apply, and visitors may need to sign in or use the app for their next step. Our code does not accept friend requests. Apple documents tapping a detected QR link on iPhone; Google documents the same link step on Pixel. Other Android cameras vary, and which app opens depends on the phone's setup.

Print and troubleshoot

Start at least 2 cm / 0.8 in wide. Use dark squares on a light background and leave the blank quiet margin clear. Keep the image square. SVG scales for a flyer; PNG pixel size does not set paper size. Test one finished print before printing many.

If the image is unreadable, check sharpness, lighting, and the full margin. If the link opens the wrong account, check the username. If the profile cannot be reached, try the URL directly and check internet access, login, and privacy settings. A clear image cannot fix a missing profile.
