Choose transaction exports

Use 3+ months in one currency. Add several files to merge accounts or overlapping exports; duplicates match date, amount and description. All nonempty workbook sheets are included. The first 20 rows can be selected as the header. Only money going out counts.

Frequently asked questions

How does the subscription finder work?

Choose CSV, XLSX or XLS exports from your bank or card, then check the guessed columns and date format. The tracker groups outgoing payments by payee and checks their dates and amounts. It includes subscriptions, loans, insurance and memberships.

How much transaction history should I use?

Use at least 3 months, and preferably 12 months. Most patterns need 3 charges; yearly payments need 2 charges about a year apart, so a longer export may be necessary. Two monthly charges appear as possible subscriptions, outside the total.

What counts as a recurring payment?

Every gap must fit weekly (5–9 days), every two weeks (11–17), monthly (25–35), quarterly (81–101) or yearly (345–385). Amounts are clustered with a 15% tolerance; one renewal price step is allowed. Transfers, card payments, payroll and ATM withdrawals are excluded.

How are yearly cost and price increases calculated?

Yearly cost uses the typical amount at the current rate times 52, 26, 12, 4 or 1. A price rise flag means the latest charge exceeds the median by more than 5%. Next dates are estimates. Cancellation checkboxes estimate savings; they do not cancel anything. Use files in one currency; amounts display with a dollar sign.

Are my bank transactions uploaded?

Nothing is uploaded: your transaction files and results stay in this browser. No account or bank login is needed. The spreadsheet reader loads from this site only after you choose a file. Download your results as CSV, or clear the files when finished.
